At South Close Developments we are committed to developing new designs and building systems that use environmentally friendly materials and methods of construction that meet the demands of the Department of Communities and Local Government Code for sustainable homes. We are also actively engaged in developing designs that will achieve carbon zero status ahead of the 2016 deadline for all new build homes. We have linked up with Beco Products to build our latest development using their eco-friendly low energy ICF system developed in Germany for low energy applications. This system was first shown on Grand Designs and we are now scaling this system up to meet the demands of larger residential schemes.
