The design & build of 2 semi-detached eco-homes
built to Level 3 of the ‘Code for Sustainable
Homes’.
These contemporary 3 bedroom houses were designed
to make full use of natural sunlight with large
windows and open-plan living areas. Built from ‘ICF
wallform’ they are super insulated and
contain several additional features and eco-technologies
to enhance sustainable living.

Solar-panelling to provide sustainable energy
for hot water and to power the properties specialist
super-efficient under floor heating systems.

Rainwater flushing systems to collect rainwater
for use in the toilets and outside taps

systems for energy conservation

Drying rooms for the natural drying and airing
of washing

Bicycle sheds at the rear of the properties to
promote the use of this healthy and environmentally-friendly
mode of transport
