ICF Wallform Construction South Close Developments are the only company in the North East specialising in construction in the revolutionary, low-energy building system called ‘ICF wallform’. The system was developed in Germany to improve the energy efficiency of our buildings and help combat global warming. Buildings constructed in the new system are significantly more energy efficient than required by current UK regulations. As a consequence, less fuel is required to heat a property constructed from ICF, meaning not only a reduction in a properties environmental emissions but also its fuel bills.
