The design & build of 3 eco-town houses built
to Level 3 of the ‘Code for Sustainable
Homes’.
These 4 bedroom town houses were designed to
provide the latest in contemporary living with
open-plan living areas, large windows to make
full-use of natural sunlight and balconies on
two levels. Built from ‘ICF wallform’ they
are super insulated and contain several additional
features and eco-technologies to enhance sustainable
living.

Super-insulated ‘ICF wallform’ construction
• Solar-panelling to provide sustainable energy
for hot water and to power the properties specialist
super-efficient under floor heating systems.
• Rainwater flushing systems to collect rainwater
for use in the toilets and outside taps
• Specialist indoor and outdoor low-energy lighting
systems for energy conservation
• Drying rooms for the natural drying and airing
of washing
• Bicycle sheds at the rear of the properties to
promote the use of this healthy and environmentally-friendly
mode of transport
• Recycling facilities
